I think this depends, woman to woman, on what kind of hair grows in. All our bodies are different, and you can even have different kinds of hair on different areas! But the kind you describe is definitely common with PCOS - I know I have it on my chin, and I have hardly any hair anyway. I have peachfuzz on a lot of my face, sometimes LONG peachfuzz but still thin and blond, but ooooh my jawline and chin! Like I have face pubes!!
