I had dizziness from insulin resistance as one of MANY symptoms. When I began taking glucophage in the right dosage, the dizziness disappeared.

I also have high cholesterol due to the insulin resistance for quite some time and was taking Lipitor for the cholesterol. But I was always dizzy feeling on and off, and my cholesterol did not even drop until the Lipitor was combined with Glucophage.
