I am having the same problem. I had horrible pain in my left lower quadrant that was determined to have been a ruptured cyst. After about a week I began to feel better, less pain. Then I had a follow up exam (ovary hurt like hell) and the next day the pain started all over again. Doctor said I shouldn't be having the pain (sigh..I certainly agree) and doesn't know why .... Anyone else have post-rupture lingering pain???

Thanks!
