Hi Jane,
I'm not in Mississauga but I am in Canada!! I am in Trail, BC..you aren't the only woman in Canada with PCOS!! :) I feel the same as you...my friends/family/and doctor's don't understand..so it is up to us to research our syndrome and find what works best for us!! :)
