You are right. Proper diet, exercise, and medication...AND POSITIVE THINKING...definitely works. It took me 2 years to kick it all, and I have to say, my positive attitude, as hard as that was at times, definitely helped. I read a lot of self-help books to help me through the hard times and to help keep my attitude positive that one day I would get well.

Thanks for your inspiration.
