Aerobic exercise is great for pcos because it helps burn fat. I do a variety of aerobic exercises. Variety is good because your body doesn't get used to one thing and you use more muscles.

The walking and biking you are doing is good. I do both of those at least once a week. Swimming laps is also wonderful because it uses all the muscles with low impact and massages the body at the same time. I go to a public pool that has sections just set up for laps. It's great. Maybe there is one somewhere in your area in a city park or a college.

Start easy and small and work your way up. If something seems too ambitious, cut back on the miles or time, and then work up to a goal slowly. There's no hurry. Just doing it is a start.
