I have had the laser many times. I spend $200 a treatment for my face only. It has helped. I don't seem to be growing the hair quite as often. They like to start on a very low level and keep working their way up the scale each visit. I get the treatments during lunch (once a month). You will definitely turn red in the areas where they zap you. Since I have to go back to work after the treatment I choose not to get the gooey neosporin stuff put on my face. Instead, I keep a bottle of fresh water and soft cloth to wipe/spot wash my face and apply a non-alcohol cream so I don't chap/peel as bad. Oh yeah, they smell is horrible. Other than that I've been very pleased. Hope this helps!
