The Vaginal Ultrasound is the most accurate for us PCOS cysters....   Someone might be able to give you more information on whether sex would distort readings, but I wouldn't think that it would change what they see... It wouldn't keep them from telling how your uterus looks or is positioned, or how many/few cysts you have.... Like I said, someone else is probably a lot more knowledgeable on this..  I am so paranoid about stuff like that, that I don't have sex for a day or two before my doctor's visits...lol  Especially Paps, etc...
