FSH and LH are Follicle Stimulating Hormone and Luetinizing Hormone.
They are the hormones in our bodies that have many jobs but the one that
we focus on is the building up and sloughing off of the uterine lining,
or our periods. One of the other ones, TSH I think is the testosterone
levels. You want very low levels - the higher levels cause the hair
growth and acne.
