I think you can have blood work done while pg.... You can have PCOS and conceive...You can have PCOS and not have all the symptoms. It is sometimes different for people. I would say that you should get tested, because it can be hereditary and you want to make sure that you are treated. Good luck and congratulations with your pregnancy!!! What a Blessing for you!!!
