Hi Lena sorry to say,but the hair loss and many of the symptoms do not go away if you remove your ovaries. Your ovaries are not the cause of this, only one of the victims. The cause is insulin resistance which has negative effects on all our organ systems. Do not have your ovaries removed if the only reason is to try to reduce your pcos symptoms. The side effects of removing ovaries unnecessarily can be severe. Best wishes
