Previous message: Micha: "Re: Laparoscopy???" A lap is also the way to determine if you have endometriosis--do they also suspect that this might be a possibility. I have both endo and PCOS and have had a lap. Its really not bad as far as surgery goes so I would go ahead IF you have a great laproscopic surgeon (MAKE SURE) and that they feel that endo is a concern, etc. I have never had my dr suggest a lap for PCOS--but maybe I am just unfamiliar with this procedure for this use.
