Positive results in the Northwestern University Hospital PCOS study

I volunteered for the PCOS study at Northwestern University Hospital in January where they did several blood tests. I just got the results back and all my levels for the different tests were ok except for the male hormone level. What do I do now? I have several of the symptoms, slight acne, thin hair, and slightly overweight. How do I find a good doctor in Chicago who can help me through this? Anyone else in their mid-20's that can relate?
