Insulin resistance, which glucophage controls, does not always show up positive on tests. It's possible your doctor may know this, and that he/she may be going by the disease and your symptoms as the key factor.

Also, you did not say exactly what tests were performed that were negative.

Small ovarian cysts are...NORMAL? Wow, I didn't know that. Interesting. Does anyone else know if this is true?
