You have a lot of legitimate questions. I have been diagnosed for 6 years now, and am very lucky to have 2 children. It took me 4 years to conceive my first child, but my second came with no help. The moodswings can definitely be caused by PCOS. Most doctors suggest Metformin or birth control to help with the hormonal imbalances. As for PCOS getting worse after pregnancy, don't worry. In a lot of cases it actually improves!! I also don't have much excess hair growth. I just have a couple of hairs that grow out of 2 freckles on my face. I due have a severe obesity problem, but no acne issue. Really every person experiences some or all of the symptoms. I've found the older I get the worse my symptoms get, but that may not be true for all. This is the reason PCOS is so hard to diagnose, because the symptoms can seem so isolated until you look at the overall picture. Good Luck. I hope this helps some!!
