Hi

My GP told me a while ago, whilst I was having fertility treatment, that weak nail were a side affest of hormal changes, hence nails being a little weaker just before your period. This can cause ridging in the nials, but it is easy to correct. Jessics nail products do a strengthener called Fusion, it really work and stops nails splitting near the nail quick.

Hope this helps

Take great care

Mel
