There are many ways to tell if you are ovulating or not. There is the basil body temperature method. Many women discharge a thick mucus during ovulation. And there are now kits available to help you determine when and/or if you are ovulating. Don't be fooled into thinking that you can't concieve because of long cycles! After my 2nd miscarriage my husband and I decided to go on Clomid before attempting pregnacy again, we used condoms as birth control untill then. I foolishly said "Hunny we don't have to use that, it has been 35 days since my last period, I will be getting it any day now." Well, you have to take Clomid at a certain point in your cycle so I had to wait for my next period to start it..it never came because somehow at 35 days into my cycle I got pregnant! Sadly this pregnancy also ended in a miscarriage, but my point is, with PCOS you never quite know what your body is doing. I'm sorry I can't help with a specialist as I am in the States. My prayers and thoughts are with you. Dee
