Re: In a bad situation - Advice on HypoglycaemiaFrom: Karen (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 25 Feb 2003 18:34:06 -0600 (CST)
Thanks for your advice and support. I did get some could news today. I had to take my son to the Dr. for a recheck on his ears. While I was there he told me that he had received a letter from the Endro. The Endro states that I do have PCOS. However, the Endro is perform a different test that the he did not do. However, the family Dr. did tell me that sometimes when test comes back normal and then they are (the same test)done agian sometimes something shows up. Also, he did tell me that if the Endro came up with nothing on the hypoglyemcia, which the family Dr. belives I have along with PCOS, then he was going to send me elsewhere. This would me go to Duke or another big hospital (that is similar to Duke) in this area for them to found out what is going. So may impression of today's conversation is that the Family DR. is going to stop at nothing to found out what is cause the hypoglyemica. Thanks for your support and concern. Please keep in touch, We( me, my husband and children) needs all the support that we can get. This has been a very difficuilty sitiution for us all.
