Hey Everybody, I went to an RE who specializes in PCOS today. He told me that I should only be on Glucophage if trying to get pregnant, which I am not trying at this time. He said that I should instead avoid white potatoes, pasta, white rice, corn and beets and white breads to control my PCOS. Also, he wants to take me off Orthocyclen and Spironolactone and put my on Yasmin. I have been extremely regular on Orthocyclen with no probs at all. Does anyone see why the reasoning behing him doing this? Has anyone been in the same situation? I am confused and don't know what to do Thanks for your help!!!
