I don't have white spots on my finger nails. I have before, but as
someone else said I think they are calcium deposits and they aren't
anything to worry about.
But once in awhile I will get huge dents in both of my thumbs. My
thumbs are the only ones that dent like that. I mean dent, not just a
ridge. Its not bad until it grows up to edge and almost break off in
the quick (deep) I don't think it is a PCOS symptom. But I am not an
expert.
