I haven't actually had this test yet, but think I should ask for it again. I asked for it once and my OB said that if my fasting levels aren't high I don't need the test. I don't believe that anymore. Also, I was of normal weight all my life until about age 36 or 37 when I started gaining weight rapidly. I've heard of others on this site who have had the same thing happen to them. I only assume that if I had know about glucophage earlier in my life that maybe things wouldn't have progressed to this point. I had irregular periods since they started at age 16, and reactive hypoglycemia since about age 30 or 31, and had trouble getting pregnant (used clomid which worked for me after a few months to a year). Oh, and I've had acne since age 11. Sorry I don't know anything about the pseudotumor. Just wondering, is it something they say needs to be removed, or do you just have to live with it? Does it grow bigger or stay the same size? I hope you can find some answers. Jessica
