Hi, I don't have the white line the first part of your post talked about, but I do have all the other things you mentioned in the above paragraph. I have only read a few different theories about the white spots, but don't know about the ridges. One site said that the white spots were from eating too much sugar, but I don't believe that anymore because I have reduced my sugar intake and I still have the white spots. Somewhere else said the white spots were bruises. I tend to believe this more because I bruise very easily. Let us know if you find out anything else; I am curious as well. Jessica
