I do not think that the holistic claims are supported by any scientific evidence. You should continue to receive care with your ob/gyn, as they need to determine what type of cyst you have. You could ask your ob/gyn if he objects to any holistic medications, and use them in conjunction with traditional treatments. But, I think it is vitally important that you do not discount the ob/gyn treatment in favor of questionable "natural" treatments.
