My maternal grandma and mother both had/have diabetes (also on my paternal side!) It amazed me that my grandmother had it by age 50, and then my mother had it by 35, and now WVAAAAAAAAAAALLLLA I am almost 27 and I am insulin resistant (bka Pre-Diabetic if not careful!). My doctors are specialists in MD that have their own clinic on Insulin resistance and Diabetes. My symptoms are: anxiety (masked as depression for YEARS), 30 pounds overweight at 5 ft. tall, lethargic, ovarian cysts, rushed in the chest when I eat sugar (i get sped up). Call me - we can talk and maybe help eachother out with menu ideas, etc... I am very nice, and would not be wierd if you were to call-promise! 410-808-9938 **My Dr. told me to eat no more than 50 carbs a day! VERY HARD! I also thought the wheat products were better and they are not for US in the longrun!
