PCOS is different to having PCO, cystic ovaries. Which may explain why
you don't have the other symptoms. Cysts on the ovaries are relatively
common and USUALLY don't cause any problems. From what I hear sometimes
you get a large cyst or one that twists with PCO and that can cause
abdominal pain.
