Hi Flori, I'm not too sure on the relationship of the tingly limbs and carbs, but I do think for sure you should let your doctor know right away about it. It just can't be a good thing when your limbs 'fall asleep' on a regular basis, from what I understand that means your blood supply is limited to those areas. I'm not a doctor and certainly don't mean to scare you, but I would check it out. All the best, Bonnie
