I understand your frustration. I am on Glucophage XR also. I don't get the sickness though. If your periods are so crazy, I would talk to your RE if you have one, or find one in your area. I believe there are ways that they can test your hormones during the month to tell when you ovulate. I am not on AOL, but I am on Yahoo and MSN messengers. My names on those are the same as my email.
