You're blessed! Me, too. I had to try for nearly 2 years, both my hubby and I had fertility issues. I'm a few months ahead of you - looking back three months, or so, I can remember some pretty strong cramps, but they went away after a few days. Cramping is pretty normal and usually nothing to be concerned about, but if you're in pain or just really concerned, call your doc. Lying down should help - esp. with a warm (not hot) water bottle, and/or a fluffy warm pet.
