This is good news to know! Thanks!

On the lines of your headaches, I had a friend tell me that the reasons that I get so many headaches is cause I do not drink enough water. So I started bringing 3 bottles of water with me to work every day and so far with it and the fact that I am taking a baby asprine a day I get headaches any more. My Endo likes the idea that I am taking the asprine every day.

Heal Your Headache: The 123 Program, For taking charge of your pain ISBN: 07611-2566-3

Its not bad! The diet to follow on the book is not for someone who is very over-weight, but you sure can follow it to a minimal extent. I am not following it at all, I am just reading about what foods cause headaches and following my own PCOS thing. :)
