The cysts really ARE irrelevant to PCOS diagnosis and treatment, so don't let the lack of an ultrasound worry you from a medical standpoint. That being said, if you want to know if you have them, there shouldn't be any reason why you shouldn't know! But I think maybe your gyn would be a better person to check for you? It's worth asking. Also, if this really is that big of an issue for you, keep your previous appointment with the other endo and ask there. There's no law saying you can't see two endo's, right?
