Yes, I am aware that a lot of artificial sweetners use insulin for digestion and that it's best to stay away from most of them, in addition to sugar.

There is a sweetener out called "Splenda" which my eye doctor said is a lot better. I've tried it in 2 situations and didn't feel any of those typical IR problems afterward.

Anyone else out there know anything?
