I am IR and have PCOS. I also suffer from daily headaches!! I just wanted to mention a piece of information that I read in a new book all about headaches!! I know that when I eat anything with aspartame, I get a headache....but did you know that eating aspartame causes your body to produce more insulin? Now, that cant be good for anyone with IR, I have enough insulin for everyone!!
