Re: chances miscarriage after when?ultrasound lady told me i will never be in the clear, not reassuringFrom: Aimee (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 31 Jan 2003 19:01:11 -0600 (CST)
tweetie, I was so nervous but after seeing the heartbeat there so strong i felt so much better. I saw it at 6.5 weeks and it was found as soon as she put wand in. Ask your doctor if you can have a ultrasound, they needed to do one on me because i did not have last period so needed to date me. I also had lower back pain, i have a inverted (spelling?) tipped basically uterus so i always got pain in lower back during my period as well. My doctor told me not to worry about slight cramping and pulling sensation because they are growing pains, your uterus is expanding for the baby to grow. he told me this a couple of days before the ultrasound. i have not had any cramping since and never any blood, i check everytime i use the bathroom. dont worry unless you have severe pain that feels different than what you have been feeling. you will feel relieved after usound. my worry now is not gaining too much weight, i can look at food and gain, the plight of wonderful pcos. i have gained 4-5 lbs alreay in almost 8.5 weeks. wish i were thin and had a cute bump at 9 months like the models in pregnancy magazines. that another topic.anyhow, take care, aimee
