Here is a key question... did you get HORRIBLE cramps around the time you think you got pg? For some reason I had never heard about this until I myself recently became pg and started asking around... if it is a "good pregnancy" (one that is really trying to hold on) you should have had at least one week of some of the worst cramps you;ve ever "enjoyed" really early (like week 2 of pregnancy) I don't remember these cramps either time I m/c'd, but this time around I am up almost all night and the doc says its a good thing...

also, I have alwas heard an HPT will definitively show positive by mid 6th week....which for a PCOSer may be too late without high-dose Progesterone, so I swear by blood testing... saved my little tike (real little for now :)
