PCOS & Breastfeeding

I have PCOS but have been able to have 3 healthy children. But I have never been able to breastfeed successfully. My milk supply was very low. I have tried the Reglan subscribed by my doctor, with no success, then I tried Fenugreek herb, but also to no avail. I feel the reason is the male hormones I produce. Does anyone know if this could be true, and if so is there any other safe drug I could try? Thank you, Lynda
