Ovulating on Clomid but not pregnant, all other factors ruled out. Ideas?

I am on my fourth cycle of Clomid at 100 mg. and I am ovulating like a
bunny. All factors male, HSG, ect. have been ruled out but I have not
gotten pregnant. We did IUI last cycle. Has anyone else run into this
very, very frustrating problem? The rep. endo. says IUI will bypass
cervical mucous issue.
Has anyone else run into this problem? What happened? Ideas I am at wits
end. I am not on metformin as my glucose levels are excellent.
