I am a college student.I have PCOS and have been put on injectable estrogen has anyone heard of this before? Does anyone know side effects? I have been prescribed Premarin, Provera, Estrace, Prometrium. Also been on Glucophage for the PCOS. None of the medications help with withdrawal bleeding. I also got tested for a estrogen level and it was 0.46 which is a level a postmenopausal woman has in her body. This was the level while I was on the Estrace.
