XR. I take all 3 of my pills in the morning with a bowl of cereal. I lost over 25lbs from July to Nov. and I wasn't exercing or low carbing. I found out when I take all 3 pills at the same time, I am less tired in the day than when I used to take it at various times (usually one a breakfast, lunch and dinner). I am now starting to wonder if I should up my dose to 2000mg.
