Kelly you could be having low blood sugars. That would cause you to want to eat everything in your path. Try drinking 4oz oj and some peanut butter on celery or 1oz meat and 2-4 crackers. Try to rearrange your diet so you can eat 1oz protien and 15 grams carb 1 hour before bed. Hope this helps.
