Hi Steph -
I am on Yasmin (3rd month) along with 200mg of Spiro (2+ years) and haven't noticed any problems. I believe there's only 25 mg of Spiro in Yasmin...I posted about this a few weeks ago. I'm sure each person is different, however, my doctor felt that it was okay to keep me on it while I took the Yasmin.
