Here's my symptoms: Irregular period from the start (age 16) On Demulen and Ortho TriCyclen for 8 years trying to help with acne and regulate my period. Period was very regular on BC and very light, no probs except - Went of OTC for 4 months b/c of an allergic reaction - erythema nodosum Just started Yasmin b/c I didn't get my period off of the pill. Still have the cystic acne on my chin every month which hasn't reacted to antibiotics after a couple months or topical ointments. My derm just put me on Spiro, thinks it may help. I also have been noticing more facial hair than usual - on chin, lip, even end of nose. No problems with weight. Should I be tested for hormone imbalances? I've been reading the boards on PCOS and I'm getting scared that this could be what is wrong with me. I read some posts suggesting that spiro and Yasmin shouldn't be taken together?
