Hi,

if you are trying to follow Atkins strictly then there is no fruit during the induction phase - and fruit is quite limited even during maintenance. Following the atkins not so strictly you could have small amounts of fruit. Just a word of caution - if you are following atkins, please focus on healthy fats. Don't go all out with fatty meats, cheese, etc. Keep your fats healthy. If you are not going into ketosis total calories will also be important.

If you are having so much trouble you may wish to try a less strict approach such as carbohydrate addicts, sugar busters, etc.

Best wishes
