Insulin Level 10 Please advice

I was diagnosed with IR & PCOS in June of 2000. I took MET and it brought my insulin levels down. I have had two babies since, the last one in July of 2002. I went from 208 to 185, and now I am back to 215.

My endo took all my tests over and my insulin level was 10 which is normal. SHe still put me on MET becasue of missed periods and weight. SHe thinks the insulin level might of been a one day thing.

I really want to lose this weight. I know that 185 is still a lot but I felt great.

I am looking for some great advice and ideas on how I can control my weight. I have a full-time job, 3 children, a husband and a house. How do you find the time. I am so tired at night by the time I am done with everything I go stright to bed.

But I am also going through a bad midlife crisis, and I need to make myself look better and FEEL better. I am thinking of my two little ones and how I can't keep up with them. Someone out there HELP!!
