Jeena, I am just finding out about my PCOS. I was just wanting to ask how you found out you needed Metformin? Did you ask your doctor or did he suggest?

Hi My name is Tamara. I was just diagnosed with PCOS a couple of days ago. This was found out due to my inquiry about conceiving. I have heard about insulin resistance being the cause. I am just trying to find out if this is the option for me. I am currently put on BCP until my testosterone level is down! Thanks ladies for any advise!!
