They come pretty much at random and can last for a few minutes to days. My doctor thought it was because of my sinuses, but after taking medication for that they continued. I am now trying migrane meds, and they are helping a bit, but I have been asking around to my friends who have taken Met. for long periods of time, and when I get the sensus back I will let you all know!!
