Hi Amy, Well, I get that some pain sometimes too! I have always chalked it up to a cyst at that time. Mine is usually my right ovary, but occasionally is my left. It's awful, because my husband feels bad beacuse he hurt me. It seems that I get the pains for no reason at all (without intercourse)too. I have been plagued with rupturing cysts since I was 12, so I figure this is my normal. I don't know if this helps. but it would be curious to see how many of us do get it.
