To be honest, I've never heard of PCOS resolving itself - but of course treating it ought to improve the symptoms and fertility somewhat. As for periods, if they are ovulatory, that is great. Also having regular periods is important. Personally my periods became more regular- considerably more regular from about age 19 onwards. They are not ovulatory. The disease only worsened. I can only say in my case that the periods, do not seem to indicate anything is improving. By itself,my body found a way of bleeding regularly but that's about it. I'd say see a doctor.
