My 12 1/2 year old daughter is losing her hair. She has 2 large bald spots on her crown. The dermatologist did 2 biopsies, and we will get the results back next Friday. THe first biopsy done in November showed no fungus. But, I was wondering...I have pcos, could she have it? She has not started her period, has no breast development or pubic hair, has abdominal weight. My dr. has me on glucophage and I use natural progesterone cream. Can my daughter use natural progesterone cream? I don't want her to suffer with this, if there is something we can do for her. Thank you in advance for your help!!!! Ps Our older daughter is slim, started her pd. at age 12, is always on time, no cramps, doesn't seem to have any difficulties with pcos. My pcos kicked in after the birth of our 1st daughter. Sorry to be going on and on.
