Re: anyone else happy with their Dr.?From: Amber (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sat, 11 Jan 2003 01:21:04 -0600 (CST)
I am pretty happy with my nurse practioner now that we have everything out in the open. When I miscarried, I wanted to know why, but really didn't get any answers. I was diagnosed with PCOS by my PCP not my OBGYN, and when I called my OBGYN she told me that she knew I had PCOS because she had seen cysts on my ovaries when she gave me an ultrasound when I as PG. I was never told this. I was mad at her for quite a while for keeping something from me, but she is sure that she told me. I have since "forgiven" her, and we have had a very good relationship since. She is very frank and honest with me. She shows a lot of interest in my situation, and is very willing to move forward with whatever means necessary to help me coceive.
