I think hair growing anywhere and everywhere down there is normal, that's just the way hair growth in pubic regions works. Don't know if that would be considered PCOS related or just normal! If you have an obgyn you're comfortable with, ask them - I'm sure they would have a good idea of what's common and what's not.
